Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through the WorldStart, Inc online store, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the WorldStart, Inc is an offer to purchase our products or services. WorldStart, Inc may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or documentation of service, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by WorldStart, Inc until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.
Quantity Limitations
WorldStart, Inc may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. WorldStart, Inc may reject any order, or any part of an order. WorldStart, Inc may limit or prohibit sales to resellers or dealers via the WorldStart, Inc online store.
Electronic Communication
When you place an order through the WorldStart, Inc online store, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that WorldStart, Inc will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.
Product Display/Colors
WorldStart, Inc attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the site. However because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, WorldStart, Inc cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color.
Pricing and Product Information
WorldStart, Inc makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to our products, services, and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to WorldStart, Inc’s products and services is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to WorldStart, Inc’s acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with WorldStart, Inc, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, WorldStart, Inc will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Security and Privacy
The WorldStart, Inc online store follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of data over the internet.
When placing an order online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https".
Payment and Shipment
You may pay for your order one of the following major credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover and American Express® cards. All orders will generally be processed, billed, and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. You can also pay via PayPal, order by phone, or send a check my mail. Please note that mail orders may not ship until the check has cleared our bank.
In the event your shipment will be delayed more than thirty (30) days after the date of your order, WorldStart, Inc will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, WorldStart, Inc will issue a refund.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges will be added to the cost of your order, except for those orders qualifying for free shipping. Generally, all orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your receipt.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
Once packages have been shipped, they should arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on destination.
Note: "Business day" means Monday through Friday except for national holidays
Sales Tax
WorldStart, Inc collects and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made via the Site. If you have tax-exempt status, you must provide a valid tax exemption number evidencing your status at the time of purchase. WorldStart, Inc will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid number is not provided. If you provide a number that is not accepted for any reason by any governmental or regulatory authority, and WorldStart, Inc is required to pay tax on your purchase, you will reimburse WorldStart, Inc for the amount of such tax, and WorldStart, Inc’s reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the payment and collection of such tax.
Warranties
The only warranties WorldStart, Inc provides with respect to any product or service purchased through the WorldStart, Inc online store are those warranties, if any, set forth in the written documentation accompanying such product or service. By purchasing any product through WorldStart, Inc, you agree to hold WorldStart, Inc harmless in the even the product or software causes any type of malfunction or damage. WorldStart, Inc shall only be responsible for up to the purchase price of the product.
Return Policy
You may return any product purchased through the WorldStart, Inc online store within sixty (60) days of receipt (unless otherwise noted on the product page), provided that the product is unused and repackaged in its original packaging materials. You will receive a full refund for the product minus the cost of shipping and handling (if any was charged). If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or defective or contains a damaged or defective part, you may contact us to obtain return instructions, or to obtain a replacement.
